Windows Updates aims to bring the latest security features, bug fixes and latest drivers to your computer, but still there are some updates that can render your PC unusable. If you are experiencing slowdowns and/or crashes, or if your peripherals have stopped working, you can try removing some of your Windows updates to get your computer working normally again.

Open the Control Panel and select Programs and features. In the left pane, click on View installed updates:

A list of all installed updates will be displayed. Right-click on the faulty update and select Uninstall:
