You have a rendezvous with someone, want to share your current location or help people to discover interesting places? Here's how to share your location with the Facebook Messenger app:

Open the Facebook Messenger app, create a new message and select the contact(s) with whom you want to share your location by ticking the corresponding checkboxes (they will appear in the To field).

Tap on the Ellipsis (3 small dots) located under the Write a message field > Location:
